| Sumario: | Developing thinking skills requires a thorough look at class processes, which continue to marginalize the progress of this cognitive process.The objective of this work was to systematize some theoretical considerations about the development of thinking skills. A literature review of several theoretical references was carried out. Different updated conceptions about the factors that intervene inthe development of cognitive abilities are offered. It is concluded that the development of thinking skills must be present in all institutions of higher education. Continuous improvement in university processes is an imperative for the new university anda permanent goal to achieve excellence in higher education. |
