| Sumario: | This research is about the elaboration and implementation a business plan to show the mass marketing of decorative wooden handicrafts made by the Federation of Artisans of Chimborazo and its economic and social impact, period March 2013 to April 2014. As noted the scarcity of business plans that focus on selling crafts and more for decorative articles of wood; Federation of Artisans of Chimborazo and especially young artisans with this type of production because of our investigation, there was found able to sell properly their products or reach the target market , we proceeded to make a business plan that achieves make customers take into account wooden handicrafts within the desired products; as well as the proper promotion have, considering the strengths and opportunities to exploit them and give them a better approach and analyzing the weaknesses and threats in this way the group to which the business plan is dedicated to take them into account and they are not victims of some oversight with respect thereto . The proposal and the research base is based on the implementation of the Business Plan duly created so that they can assess the positive results and make improvements if necessary, thus favoring Artisans Chimborazo with a service that does not be very high profits could not pay their loans or maintaining your workshop in terms of housing, supplies , raw materials and workers. |
