Sumario:The research: Physical Education with inclusive approach and intercultural values, has the purpose to strengthen the inclusion and the intercultural values in second year students of "María Auxiliadora" high school from Riobamba city, the research is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador (2008), the Disabilities Organic Law (2012), the Intercultural Education Organic Law (2017), Ministerial Agreement 0295-13. The proposed objective was to suggest a guide of methodological strategies for Physical Education with an inclusive approach and intercultural values; the research design had a qualitative approach; the kind of research is ethnographic; the method used was the inductive; the applied technique was participant observation; the instrument used was; the observation guide. The population was made up of 96 students, the sample was 32 students. The design of a guide was the alternative; it consisted in the design of a guide of activities conformed by the Pedagogical Framework, the National Curriculum of Physical Education and the Active Methodologies.
