Sumario:ABSTRACT: The present research entitled Educational guidelines to improve resilience, assertiveness, and intrinsic motivation in students with resilience, assertiveness, and intrinsic motivation in students with special educational needs, was carried out with the objective of selecting educational guidelines focused on improving resilience, assertiveness, and intrinsic motivation in resilience, assertiveness, and intrinsic motivation in students with NEE not associated to a disability of the associated to a disability of the Educational Unit 29 de Septiembre; for the execution of the same the research of experts in the educational field has been taken into account for the execution of the study. The methodological approach of this project was quantitative with a non-experimental design, applied with a descriptive applied with a descriptive level, for the place it is the field. Founded by means of the scientific method, which allowed determining the data collection techniques such as the survey applied to teachers of students with SEN not associated to a disability. The Rathus Assertiveness Scale, Resilience Scale and Motivational Evaluation Questionnaire of the learning process applied to students with SEN not associated with a disability, the information collected tabulated, graphed, analyzed and interpreted, results that were fundamental for the elaboration of the proposal and determination of the conclusions. In which it is established that the Guide of educational guidelines to manage resilience, assertiveness and intrinsic motivation contribute favorably to students with NEE not associated to a disability
