Descripción
Sumario:The research aims to propose alternatives for environmental management of post-consumer packaging as an important ecodesign element established in Resolution 1407 of 2018 of the Colombian Environment and Sustainable Development Ministry, therefore, through a diagnostic phase about packaging the ecodesign criteria were selected that allowed formulating alternatives to the current scenario, these alternatives were evaluated by the application of the key performance indicators. The assessment was carried out using SimaPro software, it indicates the incidence of the alternatives in damage and impact categories, where Pesquera Mar Adentro has a lower impact percentage if they replace its current packaging with a ThermoBox, and Compañía Pesquera del Mar S.A.S has significantly reduced its negative environmental impacts by using oxo-biodegradable point-of-payment bags.
