Sumario:If we analyze at the business level, when we think of Leaders, we refer to those people who guide the organizations within the guidelines that they establish to reach the proposed objectives. Starting from this idea, we find that the woman is taking an increasingly important role in the development of companies, exercising managerial positions and getting involved in decision making and strategic planning of the same. Because of their intrinsic abilities, such as organization, they usually manage resources efficiently; this same creativity with which they perform their tasks, also allows them to generate new businesses and become Businesswomen. This study will allow us to examine the gender differences in leadership styles and their influence on the work teams, specifically analyzing the perceptions that the different teams have regarding the leadership styles of their bosses.
