Resumo:In Quinara no groups or organizations that promote productive activities that strengthen its sustained growth , the lack of organization precludes access to the community many benefits and opportunities , both in the management of resources, tools and marketing strategies , quality improvement production , better negotiations on prices, opening new markets and long -term security in sales formality for access to credit and financing through NGO ` S , foundations and public entities , reduced input costs by which was considered as the research topic " oRGANIZATIONAL STUDY OF RURAL COMMUNITY PARISH Quinara LEVELS aND ITS IMPACT ON tHE AGRO- SOCIO-ECONOMIC RESULTS oF ITS PEOPLE " , which aims to : Identify the forms and types of social organization and production of the Canton of Loja Quinara parish, to determine production levels . The methodology used in this work I perform for each of the objectives set by the logical historical , analytic-synthetic , inductive- deductive and descriptive method such as techniques used the surveys, interviews and workshops , obtaining as results the absence of leadership that weaken and slows development organizations , public and administrative local actors have not been linked to a comprehensive and sustainable work -sighted that would strengthen their management capacity and negotiation performance of agricultural production has decreased and no there training and technical advice for the proper management of soils and passivity does not allow organizations to develop strategic partnerships purposes with economic, political and social development of what is concluded that there is a weak organizational structure of social actors which not guarantee the development of the parish there are no identified marketing channels for farmers , lack of financial resources has made the activities of the parish Government be limited , however their presence is the basis for the development of the parish; one option is tourism development that is largely untapped field , should enable organizations to strengthen partnerships and joint in Quinara parish.
