Sumario:This investigation is based on productive projects implemented by the Valencia County Government and seeks to promote the development of the rural sector of the County, benefiting 27 communities including at least twenty families for each project. Aware of the importance the Central Government gives to the investment in productive projects, all of the sectional governments are doing something similar, and sometimes on the same projects with other state agencies such as the Agriculture, Livestock, Aquaculture and Fisheries Ministry (MAGAP for its acronym in Spanish), for which the current research examines the productive projects implemented by the Valencia´s Government and its economic impact in the Valencia´s communities for the period 2011 - 2012. The main problem lies in productive projects the shortage parameters to assess the impact on economic development and they do not have a training plan for the improvement of the results thereof, thus hinders the evaluation, performance and directionality projects in the communities. Research is designed to assess relevant aspects of productive projects, the profit generated and the socioeconomic situation of those involved in the development and culmination of these. An important feature in productive projects is working with the community, micro-enterprise development, economic growth as well as community banking. This research discloses the importance of local authorities understanding why and how organizations change. It considers the human being as the center of the process. The processes referred to are: leadership, communication, decision-making, interpersonal relationships and identifying the causes of the problems, which focus on the processes themselves. This research becomes an important tool for productive project management in decision-making, in order to assess the economic impact on the implementation and development of productive projects in the communities of Valencia´s County during the period 2011-2012.
