Summary:The current information and knowledge society leads us to implement various strategies for scientific and academic dissemination in universities, this is how the daily use of the web 2.0 and the search for information have revolutionized the processes of scientific dissemination. In recent times, new trends in multi-format communication models have emerged through Web 2.0, in which content of various types is presented, starting from purely informative to presentation of reports and research results. The objective of the present study corresponds to analyze the diverse strategies of scientific communication that are executed in the web 2.0, for which a quantitative study has been carried out and the statistical analysis of the obtained results is developed; the applied research methods correspond to the empirical method of observation and the theoretical analytical synthetic and inductive deductive methods.
