Resumo:Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (by their initials in English PGPR) have been described for their ability to induce resistance and protection against pathogens and environmental agents in the plant that attenuate against its normal physiognomy, as well as development through stimulation with phytohormones. The present investigation aimed to evaluate the effects of the inoculation of PGPR microorganisms on the growth of T. grandis. For this, a Completely Random Design (DCA) is specified, with 4 treatments. The treatments established by the following forms of application: T1 = Edaphic, T2 = Foliar, T3 = Chemical, T4 = Control. The established treatments consisting of 4 repetitions, each repetition consisted of 5 experimental units. From 60 days after germination, morphological variables (number of leaves, stem diameter, stem weight, root weight, leaf weight, stem length) and physiological (chlorophyll concentration) will be evaluated. The highest average number of fuel leaves (7.5 and 7.4) corresponding to treatments 1 and 2 being higher than treatments 3 and 4, in the stem diameter treatments 1 and 3 had a higher average than the other treatments with values of (0.8 y 0.71 cm2 respectively), however the treatments T1, T2, T3 had a better performance in the variables of stem weight (2.65, 2.56, 2.51 g), root weight, foliar weight (9.8, 8.8, 8.7 g), stem length (11.8, 11.7, 11 cm) than treatment 4. In chlorophyll concentration, treatment T3 was superior to treatments T1, T2, T4 with averages of (6.16 mg/cm2). Keywords: Biofertilization, rhizosphere, endophytes, Biodiversity
