| Sumario: | Proper early stimulation has as main purpose to fully develop children, taking into account the needs, abilities, interests and skills that each present and providing the opportunities for infants can develop within the environment around unprejudiced, fears and insecurities; the research lies in the exploration field. The overall objective aims to contribute to knowledge management and teacher performance of early stimulation of psychomotor development of children Education Unit Fiscomisional Sunday Celi Catacocha City Region Paltas province of Loja; specific objectives are to determine the conceptions and practices of teachers of early stimulation; diagnose psychomotor development; and relate the results of the areas of stimulation levels of the investigated psychomotor development. The methods used were the scientist who allowed the logical structuring of the whole process of research; inductive, deductive, analytic-synthetic, The results show that: the theoretical position taken about early stimulation has allowed to determine the criteria of the teachers performance in the classroom is done firmly, ensuring a satisfactory stimulation in girls and children; teachers determine the importance of psychomotor development of children, occurs when an adequate psychomotor development is achieved effectively through play; Test results are satisfactory Motor Skill in the areas of language, cognitive, psychomotor, affective and socio-coordination, so we can conclude that there is a high percentage of children who have received adequate and fruitful stimulation early consequently psychomotor development is satisfactory. |
