| Sumario: | This business plan was designed to create a virtual sex shop focused on the female segment and investigate how much acceptance an initiative like this would have. During the entire construction of this project, various historical, social, psychological and physical issues were analyzed that can influence female pleasure and help them to acquire a sex toy, for their personal satisfaction or their relationship with their sentimental partner. An investigation was carried out on the development of sex shops, erotic boutiques and sex toys at the international and national level to determine the potential of the market and how mature it was in the different regions. By analyzing the data obtained from the investigation of the target group, it was possible to understand that information, advice, privacy and quality were essential premises that should be part of the entire strategy and promotion plans for this project. The virtual store, offers women the possibility of having a private space, focused on their needs and permanent interaction with them and their needs. Finally, once the system of promotion, distribution and required investments has been reviewed, it is determined that the project is profitable and that it has a highly attractive growth potential for any investor. |
