Therefore it is justified because it is necessary to improve teaching practice, which involves providing an environment of respect and equality and the implementation of appropriate methodological strategies of this population. Based on the above, the present research aims; demonstrate how the development and implementation of a Psicopedagogic Guide "Turning the brain to learn Mechanics" develops and restores the physical and mental conditions of the third year students of machining and metal constructions. It is framed in a Quasi - experimental research supported by the deductive hypothetical method allowing to analyze the general and particular facts of the research also is a job application due to the use of a Psicopedagogic guide, in which was performed a comparative analysis of learning before and after the application of the Guide as shown considering 46 high school juniors Machining and metal constructions, during the academic 2014-2015. The techniques used were observation, interview, and survey, with its instrument of fault finding in the visual, auditory, motor skills, cognitive skills and academic understanding. The hypothesis states that the application of the Psychopedagogical guide "TURNING THE BRAIN TO LEARN MECHANICS" in the students of the Education Unit Carlos Cisneros in the school year 2014 - 2015 it restores the physical and mental conditions. As a general conclusion it was established that the application of the guide with visual stimulation, auditory, motor skills and brain gym exercises improves in a 35% the academic performance of students
