| Sumario: | This investigation job is related to the responsabilities of people who works in Miguel de Santiago High school must have handling, control and ownership of large time goods, as a detected problem over laws given by the country. This investigation is a true modality project that is based in a documental bibliography, and a contextual analisys with the institutional involved people and the purpose that permits to give a solution to the specific problem for the procedures of handle, control and active custody. This information was taken by means of collecting tools like structured interviews, polls, they are aplied for all population like Mastes, teachers, administrative people and jornitors of the school. With this investigation i hope the benefic t for all involved people in the control of fixed assets , it permits a correct institutional comunication about legal dispositions, applying specific rules that a influence in the bureaucratic apparatus of educational institution, these procedures will be known for and correct handle of goods used for the education.
