Resumo:This research has been aimed at solving the following problem: How to improve the integral education of Middle Basic Education students at the Agustín Albán school in Guápulo neighborhood in Pujilí city. For this purpose, a general objective is proposed: To improve integral education through the design of strategies that allow a positive influence on each of the factors that affects students’ development.; This research assumes a mixed approach and an applied study supported by deductive, inductive methods, which allowed the theoretical scheme to be carried out and conclusions to be drawn;, in addition, the survey, observation, the criteria of specialists, descriptive statistics, among others, were used to reach the following conclusions to be reached: each of its actors recognizes deficiencies they present in different aspects, which are reflected in the data collection of the instruments applied; students do not reach an adequate level of value practices having a significant negative influence on their integral development .; The teachers have not had an upto- date training on the this subject.; Three strategies focused on cognitive, procedural and attitudinal aspects were designed and validated, based on value practices for the achievement of an integral development of the students.; The proposal was partially applied and shows that 86.25% of the students recognize that their positive attitudes are applied as a basis to improve coexistence inside and outside the educational institution.
