| Resumo: | This Research work aims to analyze social rehabilitation regimes in Ecuador, a procedure, such as access, establishing the fallacy that exist in the prison system, the lacks that exist in the way they rehabilitate the deprived with the so-called “treatment axes”, non-compliance with prison guarantees; and the violation of human rights. The methodology used was bibliographical – documentary, field, exploratory research and descriptive research. It is an innovative issue because little has been addressed in the country, the rules on the issue of prison guarantees have several legal loopholes. Observation was also made to the deprived of their liberty, as they develop in their ward, the needs they possess, how your rights are violated, etc. The result of this researchs hows the urgent need to create a comprehensive plan that allows probation deprived to rehabilitate and reintegrate into society on the basis on the protection oftheir rights and guarantees as established in article 201 of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, why I´ve developed a comprehensive rehabilitation plan that gives probation deprivers an opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge that will help them reintegrate into society, preventing them from being repeat offender in the future........... |
