| Sumario: | In this scientific article, the objective is the critical legal analysis of the violation of the right to health in pregnant women who are deprived of their liberty in the Tulcán Social Rehabilitation Center, in the absence of a public policy that guarantees the right to health. this vulnerable care group, limiting access to health care, as well as determining the consequences generated by the violation and the components that affect them, carrying out a detailed study analyzing legal and applicable mechanisms. Regarding the methodological part of this work, data have been collected that allow establishing real results, in order to elaborate an analysis on the need for a public policy aimed at protecting the right to health in this vulnerable sector. To obtain results that allow to establish real data to the problem of the article under study, methodological tools such as the analytical, synthetic inductive, deductive and systematic method are used, which have allowed to analyze, describe and conclude the object of study and elaborate a work properly. structured. As a result, it has been possible to establish the violation of the right to health, these being due to unhealthy situations, lack of medical equipment and prison demand that prevent optimal access to health, so it is essential to establish a public policy that affects reducing the high margin of violation of this fundamental right; Finally, the general conclusions have been developed. |
