| Resumo: | This research proposes the implementation of Safety Management System and Health at Work, to help generate culture and security awareness in each of the people who are part of the station EP Petroecuador Canton Guano Services. This work is made with the purpose of legal compliance concerning Safety and Occupational Health in force in Ecuador and international organizations that are responsible to safeguard the health of workers. Five chapters are part of this work, the same as those set out in a logical and orderly sequence. In the first chapter the theoretical framework, background research and scientific substantiation unfolds. In the second chapter the methodological structure that unfolds over the course of the study and analysis of the results is described. In the third chapter refers to the proposal made for the implementation of the Management System Safety and Health at Work for the reduction of risks in the EP Petroecuador Service Station Guano. In the fourth chapter describes the comparative results of the implementation of the Management System Safety and Health at Work for the reduction of risks in the EP Petroecuador Service Station Guano. They will determine the conclusions and recommendations reached through Management System Safety and Health at Work in the fifth. |
