The factors that intervene in the granting of credits of the entity were identified and strategies that contribute to increase the placement of credits were designed. The quantitative approach associated with deductive logic was used, it was an economic model of multiple regression through an ordinary least squares model, based on the analysis of the agency's database on the placement of 596 credits until the cut of the first semester of the year 2021. It has been determined that the variables that are most related are: age, gender and type of guarantee. A credit placement model was proposed that includes the following strategies: segmentation to get to know the members better, loyalty and prevention of member disengagement, cross-selling and attracting new members.Este proyecto tuvo el objetivo de determinar los factores que inciden en la colocación de créditos de la agencia Pujilí de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Chibuleo Ltda. durante los años 2018-2021, para lo cual, se establecieron los conceptos y enfoques teóricos referente a las variables. Se identificaron los factores que intervienen en el otorgamiento de créditos de la entidad y se diseñaron estrategias que contribuyen a incrementar la colocación de créditos. Se usó el enfoque cuantitativo asociado a la lógica deductiva, se trató de un modelo económico de regresión múltiple mediante un modelo de mínimos cuadrados ordinarios, en base al análisis de la base de datos de la agencia sobre la colocación de 596 créditos hasta el corte del primer semestre del año 2021. Ha sido determinado que, las variables que más relación tienen son: edad, género y tipo de garantía.
