Descripción
Sumario:The directive supervision becomes an effective means to perfect the andragogical performance of the teachers. In this sense, the general objective of the research was to determine the supervisory management of the manager for the improvement of the performance of the teachers of the Universidad Iberoamericana del Ecuador (UNIB.E). This study is part of descriptive, field research with a non-experimental, transectional design. For the effect of the population, the total number of managers was taken, ie, four (4), while for the classroom teachers, if the Sierra formula was applied, it was made up of thirty-five (35) educators. The technique used for the collection of information was the survey, as a questionnaire instrument. The validation of the instrument was done through a trial of three (3) experts and the reliability by means of a pilot test to ten (10) subjects, to which the formula of Alpha Crombach was applied obtaining a coefficient of 0.929. The results of the investigation determined deficiencies in the supervisory management that allowed to offer a set of conclusions and recommendations to the management personnel to improve the supervisory function and with this the performance of the teachers ofthe UNIB.E
