Sumario:This Business Plan was designed to create a company that provides both consulting and auditing services to small and medium-sized companies. This target market has been chosen due to the lack of knowledge they have regarding these issues, taking into account how important they are in decision-making for organizations. The antecedents of the industry were analyzed which allowed to have a clearer idea of ​​the business and the market to which the service is intended to be directed and the relevance of the issue raised, in the same way the general objective and the specific objectives were defined. Within the analysis of the industry, it was verified that there is a wide market and, according to the results obtained from the surveys carried out, it was determined that there is a business opportunity due to the lack of knowledge regarding accounting and tax issues on the part of microentrepreneurs. After obtaining and analyzing the information, the commercial strategies were defined, the most important of which is based on personalization when offering the product, since the service will be offered according to the needs of each company. As for the operations, a process flow is proposed from the hiring to the culmination of the same, in the same way the KPIs were established that will help control the operations. Finally, the financial scope was analyzed that allowed to make known that the project is viable, after carrying out and analyzing the statement of financial position, the income statement, the cash flow and the cash flows, thus determining a NPV greater than zero, a positive IRR and a recovery period of four years, in the same way, the financial indicators were obtained with which the liquidity, solvency and profitability of the business during the first five years were analyzed.
