By this reason, it’s necessary to value periurban agrarian space of the Loja city, to take caution in its protection y conservation. The investigation design is not experimental; it is transversal type with correlational – causal scope. Over this study area, it was identified six areas with agricultural aptitude; the productive dynamic between the periurban agrarian space with next urban area; and the environmental-social balance of the PAS. Finally, it was determined 41 environmental units with applied valued dimensions; the elaboration of the host capacity matrix applied to study area indicated that into the periurban agrarian space (PAS) the zones of higher conservation need are agricultural and livestock The methodology investigation determines the productive wealth into the periurban agrarian space (PAS) with 62 types of organic and natural products available to the population feeding. The results of this study were that in the north eastern and south western of the Loja city: the periurban agrarian space has a big agrarian production. In the western of the Loja city the soils are available to agricultural and this activity is resurgent in this sector whereby it’s necessary to protect them and conserve them of the urban expansion with the goal of to boost and to continue the agrarian activity To generate this goal, I propose an Objective Territorial Model to long term
