Sumario:Higher education in Ecuador projects new learning ways because of the current dynamics in the training of competent professionals, focusing on the work of what the university professional should perform and generate for the collective benefit, this originates in new paradigmatic perspectives which are evident through contextualized curricular inputs to the current regulations and requirements of the environment in which trigger and direct its operation; therefore, the structuring of educational models that meet the needs and the alignment of university people with professional links and reaffirmed to the interest of the collective social ties will demonstrate that the institution is strongly committed to the constitutional and legal reforms governing the universities in the country, and go according to the change of vision in areas of training proposed by the agencies who run higher education where the learning subject is highlighted to be the center of all processes through approaches and actions that are undertaken by referencing the methodology to be applied, being the educational community at the Technical university of Cotopaxi the direct beneficiaries.
