| Sumario: | The research was conducted with the objective to develop an improvement plan for the unit Educational Military School No. 13 "Homeland" through a performance audit to establish a multidisciplinary evaluation, independent of the degree and form of compliance objectives of the entity, the relationship with their environment, and their operations. The type of applied research is literature to support the same variables and field as it is done in the place where events unfold and allow for solving the problems in operational and administrative management of the institution, the information will be obtained through the application of tools such as surveys and interviews, the same to be applied to areas: administrative, financial and pedagogical entity. The audit was performed to obtain a diagnosis and find the flaws and improve it based on administrative and operational management focusing on achievement of objectives through the implementation of programs , projects and achievable goals that lead to rate the degree of effectiveness, effectiveness or efficiency , economics, ethics and equity in each of them with proper optimization of existing resources . |
