| Resumo: | It is not difficult to recognize that children and adolescents with deafblindness and / or sensory multidéficit continue at a disadvantage compared to the possibilities and opportunities for development; this disability is still marginalized from the curricular and pedagogical processes offered by the traditional education system, both because the system is complex and not flexible enough to address their learning characteristics and needs as poor training offered to teachers. So that special education remains for most of these people, only an isolated education for blind, deaf and intellectually disabled. In accordance with Rule 179 of the Rules of Special Education which establishes the obligation of schools to receive them, although their programs, teachers and physical plants are not able to offer a functional curriculum, flexible to fulfill the right stipulated under education for all. |
