Sumario:unemployment, and underemployment poll (ENEMDU, 2021), mention that 477,412 Ecuadorian are unemployed. The numbers show the deterioration of the labor market to the economic crisis that was already dragging the Equator, and the coronavirus pandemic aggravated that. Of the total number of people who cannot find a job, 62.8% are between 18 and 35 years old, this group of the population become the one with the most significant number of unemployed people in the country, where four often young people get a job after a year of searching; youth unemployment is a global crisis and product of these trends as a response to these changes, in this argument, individuals need to stand out above other competitors, elevating the personal profile that is sought to build and Project as a factor that can influence in an entirely, conclusive and decisive way to get a job, where individuals become managers of their Brand, entrepreneurs of themselves transformed and demanding job market of the XXI century. For this reason, this investigation was based on the creation of a management model of the Personal Branding focused on Joan Costa and his brand management contribution that through quantitative analysis the same ones that were applied to the free partner platform, a website that aloes training instructing and improving job opportunities of the freelance independently of the area a specialization to which they dedicate themselves, expanding their job placement opportunities.
