Sumario:This research project is focused primarily is to generate about the appropiate application of educational management and its relationship to improve academic performance in agricultural technical subjects at “Jatun Juigua” Agricultural Technical School and in academic year 2014-2015, , it was establised through surveys of principals, teachers and students that the institution lacks materials, for students to carry aut in practices and can relate with easily learned in classroom , which lead to take initiatives of its own gorden, so they can improve their knowledge and through this ha a good academic performance. It detected that teachers do not do plans according to context they not do always use the tics in the hours clases, there is no coordination of teachers between theory and practice which is unfavorable to students. This allows determining the application of techniques and strategies in the educational process, it is necessary to impart knowledge to do so directly affect academic performance, showing little interest to improve and change, both teachers and students can determine the failure school. It is considered that the issues causes this research. It will become an opportunity for growth and quality of knowledge, in teachers and studentes thus proposing institutional improvement, which allow to develop the ability and attitudes of studentes, with an emphasis on practical work.
