All visitors are fascinated with existing natures beauty and the special charism of the inhabitants, who has made each place unique scenery and have given way to agro - ecological, as a recreational activity, including within the forms of tourism in rural areas, linking to farming, agribusiness, crafts and gastronomy, where not only care about the flora and fauna, but the interaction between the worker in rural areas, techniques, natural resources and tourist, ie an offer tourist corresponding to the current sustainability, which finds its counterpart in tourism consumption with more education and awareness about the environmental problems of our planet. (From 2008 Guambo Ana TECNITUR 2009). The southern region is no exception, receives 2% of tourists, allowing this activity, improve the quality of life of people, prevent migration from rural and incorporation of women and youth. Whenever we visit a place activate the value chain, we use transport, buy a product, visit a restaurant, after each activity there is labor and therefore a family. The best way to responsible tourism is knowing, building and preserving the places we visited, so was born the idea to develop this work "Structuring a Plan for the Implementation of a Fifth Agroturística - Ecological in the field of Yanacocha - Loja". To develop the theme conducting surveys and interviews with the general public and the inhabitants of the area was conducted. In the area where the project is raised, there is a proposal to such services, so it is a good time to implement a Fifth allowing interaction with nature and to be part of the activities carried out in the field. Feasibility was defined after doing market research, meeting the demands of customers. Being a small place to implement the project, was selected as a sample population of the urban sector of the city, as it aims to address the first instance to an unsatisfied market. The following results were obtained: for 33% of respondents prefer nature tourism and 99 % would like to enjoy the agro - ecological. 41%, when visiting somewhere within the city do it for 1-2 days, followed by 34% who do it just for hours and considering the value they want to pay, a proposed plan for implementing became one Agroturistica Quinta - Ecological called " the Beehive", in place allowing sharing of agricultural areas, management of organic production and waste management. The name is well appointed, by a familiar idea of resemblance to bees, when performing a job, and do it together towards a common goal, reinforcing in this case the family and social ties. The areas to establish, departed from the results of surveys in which they indicated that they would like within the farm hiking trails, planting and harvesting tips to get healthy, management and use of recycled materials mainly products. So the service to offer, will be the site visit, finding an attractive place for ornamental species and in various colors, with simulating the rainbow, organic production and ways to do it at home using recycled materials design, there will be the area of fruit, passionfruit house, where receive the shade and may take photographs and if possible to reap the benefits, another area for a visit is the area of small animals where they can see them and feed them. Eventually they will have a cabin where they can prepare their fast food and for those wishing to relax there are three rooms completely comfortable and services needed for a relaxing break. Values receivables are for visitors of hours, $ 3.00 and for those wishing to relax in the rooms the cost is $ 10.00, increased annual cost was based on the inflation rate given by the Central Bank of Ecuador to August 2014 is 4.15 %, as is the rate at which prices rise.
