Descripción
Sumario:This article presents the teaching experience of using the model as a didactic resource to teach mathematics in architecture. For architects, the concepts of graphic representation, projection and generation of models constitute a main axis in their training; however, mathematical tools are fundamental for this purpose. In this sense, models allow the projection of ideas to scale, generating an object that is easy to visualize and understand from the students' perspective, which is why they are an important didactic resource for the teaching-learning process. This work details the contents of the subject of Mathematics, describes the activity carried out by the students, the application of mathematics and the correlation of mathematical concepts with the models, and finally presents conclusions about the experience.
