Resumo:In the present thesis it was investigated "THE BASED MÈTODO OF TEACHING IN PROBLEMS to DEVELOP THE REASONING LÒGICO MATEMÀTICO IN THE STUDENTS OF GENERAL EDUCATION BÀSICA MEDIATES AND SUPERIOR OF THE UNIT EDUCATIONAL MUNICIPAL HEROES OF THE CENEPA, DURING THE PERIOD LECTIVO 2012-2013". The investigation constitutes an important contribution to the knowledge of the existent educational problems. For their development it was used the methods: Scientific, Inductive, Deductive, Hypothetical, Analytic and Descriptive among others. The applied techniques were the file, surveys, questionnaires and the observation for effects of the investigation thought about the following general objective: To develop the reasoning logical mathematician applying the technique of the learning based on problems, in the students of Education General Basic Stocking and Superior of the Municipal Educational Unit Heroes of the Cenepa. Analyzed the results of the field investigation you can conclude that in the first place it was determined that there were problems in the level of logical reasoning in the students because to the moment to request them that they carry out the resolution of problems with exemplifications of the daily life they could not solve and they demonstrated the lack of application of dexterities of logical reasoning and it was even known that it is necessary that the educational ones apply didactic strategies or a method that he/she helps to the development of the logical thought. Another important conclusion was that after the elaboration, application and evaluation of the teaching method based on problems to develop the mathematical logical reasoning in the students he/she was proven the outlined hypothesis and specific objectives, because it was possible to overcome the problem in 80% and the students strengthened and they improved the mathematical logical reasoning.
