Sumario:This work aims to analyze the motivation in the learning process of students with Special Educational Needs of Upper Basic of the Educational Unit "Jean Carlos Gutiérrez Rivas" due to the fact that one of the great problems is that it is not possible for students to learn In a constructivist and significant way, since teachers do not have the correct domain to attend to students with SEN, this statement is based on evaluations carried out by the Department of Student Counseling (DECE), which complies with regulations of the Ministry of Education , which is to provide psychological, psychoeducational, social and emotional support and accompaniment. This research has a mixed approach, as a combination of qualitative and quantitative, using instruments such as the survey directed at teachers, which determines that teachers must make curricular adaptations permanently and knowing the characteristics of the students. In addition, the lack of training to improve inclusive pedagogical processes is known, as for legal representatives, a good percentage showed discomfort in their responses that their children do not enjoy the classes, since it is difficult for them to have a good learning, on the other hand, they feel alone when it comes to dialogue with teachers, since they would like to have that connection more often, but do so occasionally……..
