It starts with conception and definition of organizational climate to pass the relating structure to form a culture in the company. In this case the analysis described the change is treated as a result of complex component of organizations in general to fall into what is change, mainly from the perspective of traditional and intelligent organizations, taking into account their relation with respect initially treated components of climate and organizational culture. It closes with a conclusive reflection point that is reflected in the conjunction of three essential components that make up the organizations as complex, dynamic and adaptive systems.El presente artículo constituye un estudio de tipo documental, que pretende abarcar los postulados del clima y la cultura organizacional y su influencia en el cambio gerencial, enfatizando en este último en cuanto a las diferencias fundamentales entre organizaciones tradicionales e inteligentes. Se inicia con la concepción y definición de clima organizacional para pasar a conformar una estructura relacionante con la cultura en la empresa. En el análisis descrito se aborda el cambio como resultado del componente complejo de las organizaciones, para caer en lo que es el cambio desde la perspectiva de las organizaciones tradicionales e inteligentes, tomando en cuenta su referente en relación con los componentes inicialmente tratados de clima y cultura organizacional.
