| Sumario: | The feasibility study to the creation of a limited liability company of transportation vans for the Maca Grande community, it was focused on the rural communities located in the western sector between the Pujilí and Latacunga cities, these lack properly organized land transportation into a small part. There are truck-type vehicles in a deterioration state and their manufacturing history is more than 15 years. Develop a feasibility study for the creation of a limited liability company for transport vans through compliance with current regulations, which benefits development of the Maca Grande community, Poaló Parish, Latacunga Canton, Cotopaxi Province.The research was sustained on the quantitative and qualitative modality supported by the studies methodology of the necessity for commercial transport issued by the National Transit Agency to determine the supply, demand and financial technical study. Among the most relevant results, it can be mentioned that the unsatisfied demand of passenger transport is at 90.63% and cargo is at 78.13%. The limited liability TRANSRUTASMACAS S.A. Company of double cab vans for mixed service is based on the results of the Recovery Internal Rate at 10% is positive 76,833 dollars (USD) in five years and the Net Present Value is positive 59,702.08 USD, so it can be conclude that the project is feasible of creating and generally secure profitability |
