Sumario:vii ABSTRACT The objective of this research was to determine the environmental and economic indicators in the CCN-51 cocoa crop in the Quinsaloma canton. The study was carried out in 26 farms dedicated to the production of CCN-51 cocoa located in the area of influence of the Quinsaloma canton. Environmental indicators such as: agricultural land, incorporated energy, biomass production, sub-footprint, footprint and ecological surplus were determined. In addition, a survey was conducted on activities such as: pruning, yield/ha, fertilization, weed control, phytosanitary control and labor.
