In the study carried out, it was evidenced the activities carried out by the collaborators in the fuel distribution part, as well as the internal administrative management with respect to the accounting balances and the internal management of the money, through a qualitative and quantitative investigation with the tools interview and survey…….El manejo y control de efectivo es una empresa es una actividad que debe ser ejecutada como un revisor de operaciones que generan efectivo de las cuales es importante mantener al día para brindar información con exactitud a la gerencia para conocer cuál es la liquidez de la que se dispone al día y así mismo podrá realizar proyecciones a corto, mediano y largo plazo, conforme sean las entradas y la proyección de gastos. Por la naturaliza del negocio de COGASOIL que es una gasolinera, las operaciones en su mayor parte son en efectivo, siendo el objetivo de la investigación analizar como la gestión financiera incide en el capital de trabajo Segmento Combustible en la ciudad de Guayaquil.
