Sumario:The present investigation tried to determine the educational attitudinal performance for the attention to children with low school performance of Fifth Grade morning day of the Fiscal Educational Unit Gral. Eloy Alfaro Delgado of the Duran Canton, Guayas, Ecuador. This research starts from a methodological design of a nonexperimental type, with a qualitative-quantitative approach, of a descriptive, documentary and field type, using evaluation instruments such as the interview, the survey and the classroom observation sheet made to students, managers and teacher. The review of the minutes is what noted this poor performance of certain students and drawing attention to the attitude of the teacher towards these students. A didactic guide was designed that consists of ten workshops divided into three phases: two of awareness, so that the teacher becomes aware of the situation of his students and is empathetic in front of the different realities, four of teacher attitudinal performance, in this phase It will work on the ethical values that the teacher has and finally four on strategies to help students improve their academic performance, make the child motivated and want to participate in class with the different methodological strategies.........
