That is how,Taking this into account, the research problem was established in the first place,where they make known why noise is a risk factor that greatly affectsmeasure to workers in this important sector. The objectives were established to identify the main sourcesgenerators of noise in the company and the measures implemented for itsmitigation, describe the main hearing alterations that occur in th workers exposed to high levels of noise in Induacero and propose strategies for the prevention of hearing alterations in workers exposed to hignoise levels, using a mixed approach descriptive research. The objective of the research is to analyze the incidence of occupational noise in the workers of the company INDUACERO CIA. LTDA, throughevaluations, measurements, and calculations that allow determining the alterationhearing caused by industrial noise. The methodology was established in accordance with the regulations in force within the country and international standards to determine noise levels in the work area and the auditory alterations that occur in the workers of the company with the in order to increase their productivity and improve their health.xi The results obtained show that there are several sources of noise in the company,that exceed the most permissible limits. This produces a variety of symptoms an pain, which in the medium and long term can become alterations and damagirreparable, not only affecting the ear, but also other organs of the body,including the way of life of the affected person. With the analysis of the data, mitigation strategies have been established for the prevention of hearing alterations in workers exposed to high levels excessive noise within the company. Es así como, tomado en cuenta esto se estableció en primer lugar el problema de investigación, en donde se dan a conocer por qué el ruido es un factor de riesgo que afecta en gran medida a los trabajadores de este importante sector. Los objetivos fueron establecidos para identificar las principales fuentes generadoras de ruido en la empresa y las medidas implementadas para su mitigación, describir las principales alteraciones auditivas que se presentan en los trabajadores expuestos a altos niveles de ruido en Induacero y proponer estrategias para la prevención de las alteraciones auditivas de trabajadores expuestos a altos niveles de ruido, usando para ello una investigación descriptiva de enfoque mixto. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la incidencia del ruido laboral en los trabajadores de la Empresa INDUACERO CIA. LTDA, a través de evaluaciones, mediciones, y cálculos que permitan determinar las alteraciones auditivas producidas por ruido industrial. La metodología se estableció de acuerdo con las normativas vigentes dentro del país e internacionales para determinar los niveles de ruido en el área de trabajo y las alteraciones auditivas que se producen en los trabajadores de la empresa con la finalidad de incrementar su productividad y mejorar su estado de salud. xi En los resultados obtenidos muestran que hay varias fuentes de ruido en la empresa, que superan los límites más permisibles. Esto produce una variedad de síntomas y dolores, que a mediano y largo plazo pueden convertirse en alteraciones y daños irreparables, no solo afectando el oído, sino también a otros órganos del cuerpo, incluida la forma de vida de la persona afectada.
