| Sumario: | This thesis bases its activity on developing a Strategic Plan for Cooperative Savings and Credit "Loja Internacional" Cia. Ltda., Which the guidelines established by the National University of Loja developed low. The general objective was to develop a strategic plan for Cooperative Savings and Credit "Loja Internacional" Cia. Ltda., This objective was raised in circumstances that cooperative required to make significant changes, you want to stock up on new administrative tools and management, thus arises the need to properly guide research through the proposed overall goal. In the literal b comprises the summary is a spread of each of the parties for their particular understanding, in the literal c comprises the introduction of labor which gives a general approach to the whole research work and serving for the reader to delve the subject. In the literal d, a framework on Credit Unions and a conceptual framework on the different theories that address the strategic planning was performed In the letter e, you can find the materials and methods used to develop the present investigation, including the historical method utilizing this method we were able to access relevant information about the beginnings and the creation of the Cooperative, the inductive method allowed me to determine the acceptability of the cooperative and the current management, deductive method allowed me the collection of theoretical concepts and shape the theoretical framework necessary for the development of research contents and also to make the diagnosis Situation in the external context, in different areas such as: political, economic, social, technological and competitive analysis and its impact on the research, determining the environmental opportunities and threats, and finally came to the specifications in areas as proposals, strategic and particular elements consisting of the analysis of data In the literal f, the results of research where the interview has applied to the Manager of the Cooperative Savings and Credit "Loja Internacional" presented Ltda., Which enabled it to collect information about your organization and planning in the broader and market to know in detail the current situation. The survey was aimed at customers of the Cooperative Savings and Credit "Loja Internacional" Ltda., Which was 364 customers, which was determined according to the calculation of sample size, 23 surveys were also applied to the staff of the Cooperative The information collected was critical to know the strengths and weaknesses of the cooperative among other aspects that ultimately landed proposals or suggestions to establish the Strategic Planning for Cooperative Savings and Credit "Loja Internacional" Ltda. The budget required for the fulfillment of strategic planning for Cooperative Savings and Credit "Loja Internacional" Ltda., Is $ 34,490.50.
