Sumario:Currently, technology cuts across all social dynamics, therefore, new problems arise around it, the same ones that must be regulated, both at the regulatory level, and at the social level. This article focuses on the study of secondary "sexting" as a form of direct violation of human rights, guaranteed in Ecuadorian legislation, for this purpose, information will be collected that will allow entering the problem that is generated at the legal level. , And social. The doctrine, and the analysis of relevant legal norms stipulated in national legislation and binding jurisprudence, will allow us to understand the importance of this phenomenon, taking into account the intrinsic affectation of the rights of individuals who have been victims in these cases.
