Sumario:The present work consists of the elaboration of a marketing plan for the company “Comercializadora P.S.” which is focused on the development of life jackets. With the implementation of the regulations proposed by the Ministerio de Turismo Ecuatoriano for recreational activity establishments, a growth in the demand for equipment such as life jackets can be seen, this added to the need to train users on the importance of their safety. The main goal of this work is to propose a marketing plan that helps position the company on top of its industry, based on research that helps us determine the best strategies and channels to use, as well as the profile of the consumer. Three scenarios were proposed with different marketing strategies to evaluate their potential, as well as their risks and possible improvements; demonstrating the viability of each of them.
