Sumario:The Belisario Quevedo parish, specifically the communities of Potrerillos and Santa Rosa, despite being recognized as tourist sites, suitable for the practice of adventure sports, with natural attractions, enabled access roads and a privileged geographical location, have not managed to establish themselves in a development pole that generates better living conditions for its inhabitants. A proposal with an economic sustainable perspective for the development of adventure tourism and at the same time innovative is what this document presents; with a broad diagnosis, characterization of the current tourist services, as well as the new products that the communities of the territory can offer and the presentation of an economic - sustainable model perfectly applicable in these places. The main results are a renewed offer of services that generate profitability and therefore local development; It has also been achieved that the actors value even more the environment that nature has provided them; Taking advantage of these endogenous advantages, resources and potential, through management and an entrepreneurial vision, this has been demonstrated with economic and financial indicators that the viability of the project is positive.
