| Sumario: | The operations of the school and institutional transport companies urgently require a control system that allows them to grow and maintain themselves as companies in progress, for this they require the use of tools that allow them to develop healthy companies, with efficient and effective processes, properly using the economic resources, considering continuous improvement. For this reason, the objective of this project is to design an operations control system to optimize the profitability of the School and Institutional Transportation companies. The methodology used was a quantitative and qualitative approach, descriptive and documentary. The population considered is 14 companies with qualifying titles for public and commercial transport in the Daule canton by the Transit Authority.
