Sumario:This research attempts to answer at one of the major problems experienced by the adolescents: the lack of listening, they aren´t accompanied in their integral and harmonic growth process. They need to be welcomed, valued, from his own experiences, because in them, they build and shape their identity, they need knowing they are loved, respected, and we work with young people are called to respond to this challenge because it’s a requirement in the Youth Ministry, too. The contribution of this research lies primarily in the scientific basis of the spiritual take out them and the importance of the support adolescents in the process of their integral formation, through a extensive literature that allows us to formulate viewpoints of training and support to be with them to ensure; to walk with the adolescents, without prejudice.
