| Sumario: | The Business Plan seeks to satisfy the university students necessity who come from different parts of the country, especially from the furthest cantons of Cotopaxi Province who are currently studying the academic process at Armed Forces University, Gnrl. Guillermo Rodríguez Lara Campus in Belisario Quevedo Parish, Latacunga canton for lodging and temporary residences through the creation of “La Quinta” student residence. In chapter with the antecedents of the project, the problem statement and its corresponding formulation are established, the development of the theoretical foundation is established by definition of scientific concepts, such as; entrepreneurship, entrepreneur and their phases, in chapter two the construction of the business plan, the distribution of the business philosophy through its mission, vision, objectives, strategies, principles and value together with its organizational structure, with the application of the field test with the data collection applied to 128 university students, sample calculated from a population of 876 students, the potential offer of the service is 20 houses that adjoin to the university campus, establishing a reference price of $ 120.00 US dollars per housing unit, with a budget of US $ 60.00 per month, with an investment of US $ 50,745.00, to be recovered in 3.51 years, with a Net Present Value of US $ 10,893.76 and an Internal Rate of Return of 26%, with the application of marketing strategies, with a quantitative research approach of a descriptive and non-experimental type |
