| Resumo: | When carrying out an initial analysis of safety and health in the PRETEC company of prefabricated goods, located in the Riobamba city, the main risks to which workers, visitors, clients, and provides were exposed to when doing their activities in the facilities where identified. The initial verification of occupational risk assessment allowed to identify the main risk to which they are exposed to, area mechanical, physical, ergonomic and biological such as : noise, electrical connection in poor conditions , obstacles other floor, ceilings in bad conditions, inorganic powder which they are exposed are mechanical, physical, ergonomic and biological; among them: Noise, Electrical Connections in poor condition, Obstacles on the floor, ceilings in bad condition, inorganic powder and overexertion, for this reason it was necessary to verify if the implementation of the Health and Safety System at work decreases the occupational risk. Initially the level of compliance of the Audit of Occupational Risks system (SART) was verified by evaluating the various system components such as: Administrative and technical management, Programs, produces and Human Resource management finding as result that the company did not meet with the requirements of the, obtaining an index of 0 %, that is to say the Manager / Administrator is not doing as indicated in the different legal rules as the Regulations of the General Insurance of occupational risks - resolution 390, Andean Instrument of Health and Safety at Work decision 584, and with the health safety regulations for workers and improvement of the working environment executive decree 2393. With that background, it was necessary to implemented in the micro industry the risk- work audit system, based on guidelines established in Resolution C.D.333, where the policy, maintenance manuals, designation delegate health and safety at work, registers, emergency and contingency plans, company organization, Internal Audit, Risk factors measurements, health and the environment monitoring others were specified. This action allowed to comply each of the steps, which resultant on an index of efficiency of 80 %.After the execution and implementation of the Occupational Risk Management the risks per workstation again, ensuring that the risks have decreased, indicating that it has been effectively implemented. In case of audit or inspection from IESS representatives the company will pass it. |
