Sumario:The present research work entitled Disruptive Behaviors and its Incidence in the Learning of Eighth-Year Students of Basic General Education starts from the author's observation, in which it is evidenced that certain students who present disruptive behaviors have low school performance, Among the possible causes we have the failure to use adequate strategies or methodologies that allow improving behavior in the grade and in turn a better academic performance, on the contrary, the teachers are not very flexible as well as they are indifferent to the reality of each student. The theoretical references refer to the importance of good teacher pedagogical attention within the teaching-learning process and its influence on the academic performance of students. That is why the objective set is to contribute to the improvement of the Teaching-Learning Process of the students of the Eighth year of Basic General Education who present disruptive behaviors. A qualitative approach was used since relevant and timely information will be reviewed in order to take advantage of research of similar characteristics, collecting data from the teaching and administrative staff and in this way to be able to inquire about the characteristics of pedagogical attention by teachers and the effects on the students' academic performance........
