La Gestión tiene como principal finalidad lograr que cada uno de los integrantes de una organización tenga el uso eficiente y eficaz de los recursos que dispone la misma para así de esta manera lograr optimizar los objetivos planteados. Una organización debe coordinar y encaminar todas las actividades eficazmente a la consecución de las actividades, para que los integrantes de la empresa logren optimizar las metas trazadas. En la primera parte realizamos una breve explicación de nuestro proyecto donde determinamos el problema, los objetivos, los cambios y la propuesta de la investigación. Los problemas de la investigación radican fundamentalmente en la falta de procesos de planeación, organización, dirección de la gestión administrativa y la débil utilización de los indicadores financieros, lo que hace que incidan en la rentabilidad del Complejo Turístico Manila Park Center. El objetivo primordial es el de evaluar la incidencia de la Gestión Administrativa, Financiera y de Servicio en la rentabilidad del Complejo Turístico Manila Park Center.
