| Sumario: | This research work is very important, due to the situation that Ecuador is going through due to the great conflicts that have arisen even in the Social Rehabilitation centers, where many people have been murdered by members of opposing gangs and the national press at their command. due to taking a communicative line, which in many cases is not very ethical, prevailing the interference of the different media especially in the criminal process.
