| Sumario: | The present work seeks to evaluate the thermal stress in the workers that make up the oil well reconditioning drilling crew of the Cía. Ltda. Triboilgas located in the province of Sucumbíos Shushufindi canton Drago field of Petroamazonas EP; and its impact on the quality of life at work of the members of the squad, in order to improve the quality of life at work. A questionnaire of 26 question s was applied, the first 10 questions correspond to CTV-Gohisalo, the 16 questions were focused on the climatic conditions by job position. Obtained the perception of each member of the crew (yard workers, shifters, encuellador, machinist, supervisor and pit boss); The quantitative measurement was carried out with the 3M ™ QuesTemp ° 32 meter of the WGTB index. According to the measurement and the calculation of the WGTB index carried out by job position, the posts with the greatest impact correspond to that of machinist, encuellador, cunning and patio workers; according to Executive Decree 2393, Art. 54, literal e. Improvement actions are focused on work breaks, hydration, ventilation and the implementation of a cooling vest. The implementation of these improvement actions has an expense of 13350 dollars to implement the measures will be a saving of 48 percent per month what will be focused on productivity per job. |
