| Sumario: | The Inspection within a Civil Engineering project are of great importance during the execution of a project, through a technical team trained in the areas that are required, they are in charge of the veil for compliance with the Technical Specifications and construction methodologies proposed to along the timeline from project start to close. The Mariscal Sucre International Airport, contract the company Irigoyen and Asociados for the Control of the Earth Movement for the Expansion of the Commercial Platform Phase III A-B. This project allows us to evaluate the current situation of the Audit, look for alternatives for improvement, analyze a management plan of Audit selected in the good practices of the PMI and generate an economic and financial analysis, in order to obtain an improvement in the performance of the company generating economic benefit to the project. |
